| Margaret L. Haldeman, 80, formerly of
Tamaqua, died Thursday night at Liberty Nursing Center, Allentown. Born in Ashland, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Mary Bridgette Connors Haldeman. She attended Ashland schools. She lived most of her life in Tamaqua and the past several years in the Allentown area. She was a member of St. Jerome's Roman Catholic Church, Tamaqua. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert. Surviving are four brothers, Thomas Couch, Herndon, Va., Charles P. and William Couch, both of Tamaqua, and Ronald Couch, Muncy; nieces and nephews. Graveside and interment services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Jerome's Cemetery, Tamaqua. There will be no calling hours. Roche Funeral Home, Tamaqua, is in charge of arrangements. |
