	Jeanette A. Jones Jeanette A. Jones, 61, of 1730 Race St., Ashland, passed away Monday at Broad Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Frackville. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Ernest R. and Victoria Panno Durose. She was a graduate of Girardville High School and Ashland State General Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse until her retirement. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Ashland. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond M. Jones Sr., in 2005. Surviving are a son, Raymond M. Jr. and his wife, Gale Jones, Ashland; two sisters, Diane Lenahan, Girardville, and Victoria and her husband, John Novak, Frackville; a granddaughter, Megan Jones; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday from William F. McDonald Jr. Funeral Home, Girardville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon Thursday in St. Joseph Church. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Washington Fire Company Community Ambulance, Box 121, Ashland, PA 17921. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Fountain Springs.
