| E. Grace Mengel, 75, Formerly of 236 S. Third Ave, West Reading , died Thurday
night at 8:30 in the Wernersville State Hospital, where she had been a patient two years. She was the wife of James S. Mengel, Wyomissing Hills. Born in Reaading , she was a daughter of the late Harry and Katharine ( Engle ) Huber. She had been employed at Nick's Chat-A-While Inn, Mount Penn. retiring in 1974. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons: L. James, Wyomissing, and Arthur H., Crestwood:; and a daughter, Sherryn A. wife of Robert Boyer, Wyomissing Hills. Also 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two sisters: Helen, widow of Joseph Kuhns, Reading , and Violet, widow of Arthur Potteiger, West Reading. The Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc.,West Reading, is in charge of arrrangements. |
